Cupcreparie 2013

Happy New Year my SN-blog reading friends! What a year the Oh-12 has been. From graduating, getting my internship, and skydiving. Can't wait to see what this year brings! Top of my list is becoming an RD, landing my dream job, and my own apartment. Thank you ahead of time 2013!

To ring in the new year, the roomie and I had a crepe making, movie filled night. Instead of ACTUALLY making a crepe batter, we americanized it by making a homemade pancake batter and thinning it out. By golly, it worked out wonderfully! The french would be delightfully appaled at our invention. Oh mon dieu! We experimented with all kinds of fillings and toppings including: blackberry preserves, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, eggnog ice cream, and syrup. C'est magnifique!

 Fried Egg Crepe?


 This inspired me to pave my own path to the next fad of chain pastry shops. First came the cupcakes. Then fro yo. Next crepes! Now not JUST crepes. Crepes AND cupcakes. Thus the birth of the cupcreparie! Crepes filled with frosting?! Wha?!? I know. I know. Dreams DO come true. This idea is copyrightedly trademarked so don't get any sneaky ideas....
