So Long, Farewell!

Yes, It's true! Well for the short-term at least. I will be departing from sinfully nutritious for the next 8 weeks in order to focus on my NACUFS internship here at the University of Connecticut. We are required to make blog posts on the NACUFS internship blog, so I figured I could still get my blog fix, but in a different way for the time being!

Another reason is that I don't exactly have access/time to prepare all my sinful dishes here on campus, but am prepping A LOT of food regardless for the dining halls. So again, I'm getting my cooking/food fix, but not as sinfully.

Parting is such sweet sorrow! A heartbreaker, I know...BUT!
